All About Our Reminders
At Warbreck House we understand that life today is busy, and sometimes things can get forgotten. It's not that you intend to forget but some things are just part of an ever increasing list of things to do.
To help, we have different ways that we can remind you of your pet's vaccination or even just a really good special offer that we feel is just too good to miss and we want everyone to know.
The initial booster reminder is via post - this is the minimum that you will receive.
In addition we also send a reminder by text message or e-mail.
Additional text & e-mail reminders are sent to advise you that you are overdue (1 per month for 3 months).
Finally a 'Final Reminder' is posted - this is to give you sufficent time to get your pet's booster. Unfortunately after this your pet will no longer be protected and you would need to start the vaccination course again.
Some people do not like the extra text or e-mail reminders - this is not a problem, just let us know and we can update your details accordingly. Unfortunately you will also not be alerted to any special offers that may be available.
If you would like to receive these extra text or e-mail reminders, please contact the surgery (you can do it through the enquiry option on this website; just make sure that you include your address so that we can amend the correct file) and we can update your details, again, if you prefer not to receive them we can do this too.
If you have any questions about 'reminders' please contact the surgery.
