Warbreck House Vets will now neuter your kitten from 12 weeks of age.  We advise a nurse clinic check (no charge) prior to booking, but as a rule as long as the kitten is vaccinated, in good body condition and is over 1kg in weight there should not be a problem.

There are different admittance/discharge rules than with cats 6 months and over so please read below;

  • Do not fast for more than 3 hours, so please offer a small meal between 6.30 & 7am
  • Water available at all times
  • We recommend the kitten is collected as soon as possible after surgery, usually between 11am and Noon.  This is to minimise stress.   If you can not collect until later in the day we advise that you rebook for when the cat is older.  Also it is important that the kitten is kept warm on it's journey home so please be prepared.

If you have any questions please contact the surgery.
