Theatre

Our theatre is clean and modern with excellent lighting.  The stainless steel enables us to be scrupiously clean, thus making it a safer and cleaner environment for your pets.

Kennels

We have a large kennels area.  All the kennels are stainless steel, this ensures that good cleaning and hygiene can be achieved.  We have various size kennels to suit different sized pets, with five walk in kennels which gives larger dogs, or dogs that are hospitalised for a number of days a more comfortable stay.

We have an upstairs area too which can benefit pets who need a quieter environment.

We have a contained isolation area so that animals that are possibly contagious are treated away from the general hospitalised patients.

Laboratory

We updated our inhouse lab facilities in August 2011,  which enable us to have quick and accurate results within a very short space of time.

For tests that need to be carried out an external lab, we use a regular collection service.  This ensures that samples are processed as quickly as possible, with no threat of them going missing in the post!

General

Our practice is large and recently modernised.  We have air conditioning in all our consultation rooms and throughout the practice.  We have extra ventilation systems installed where required, making a pleasant environment for the animals and the staff.

We have a separate cat & small animal waiting room, making it hopefully, a less stressful time for your pet.

All our consult rooms have vaccine fridges enabling vaccines to be stored at the correct temperature at all times.

All our fridges and freezers are monitored to ensure all our drugs and test samples are stored at the correct temperatures.
